About 10 years have passed since Anakin Skywalker was discovered by the Jedi, and he is now 20. Anakin and his master, Obi-Wan Kenobi, are returning to Coruscant and have been assigned to protect Senator Amidala, former queen of Naboo. After two attempts on Amidala's life, the Jedi Council and the Senate decide to have Anakin escourt her to the safety of Naboo while Obi-Wan tracks her would-be assassins. With the growing threat of the Trade Federation, things are tense, but Anakin has other things on his mind. Ever since he first met Padme, he has been in love with her. Will his feelings get in the way of his duty?
